a combination of multiple blurs, hue and saturation, overlays and a whole lot of masking, this image is a product of constant experimentation with what is possible to do with the given photo.

if you remember those orbs i’ve been playing around before, well, i just took them on a different level and placed them on an actual photo. with a bit of masking and color manipulation, it’s easy to get an effect like this.
